## What this is

Bolotnaya Online is a personal district project by a Yakimanka resident. It publishes street views, notes on the history of Bolotnaya Square, photos, and technical posts about the stack (Hugo, Nginx, MediaMTX, FFmpeg). Content is the author's personal perspective.

Russian is the default locale (`/ru/`). English is a full parallel section (`/en/`).
